How Do I Become a Member of Sacred Heart Parish? If you or your family would like to join us as members of the Sacred Heart Parish we would love to have you join us. It is very easy to do: Parish Registration Form available On-line The download requires Acrobat Adobe Reader and consists of a welcome letter from the pastor, a list of parish ministries and contact persons, as well as the Registration Form. 1. Pick up or download and then complete a parish registration card. The cards are available either on a table or in the information rack at the back of the church, by calling the Parish Office, or by downloading the form (using the above link - the form can completed as form using Acrobat Reader!) Note: Although the regisration form is available on-line for download and you can complete the form using your own computer (via Acrobat Reader), you must still print out the form and return the hardcopy as noted in the next step.... thanks!! 2. Once you have completed your registration card, you may return it to us by mail, dropping it by the office during regular office hours, or by simply placing it in the collection basket. That's All!! Shortly after you submit your registration card, you will receive your Welcome Packet in the mail which will contain a letter from Father Andrew as well as a temporary supply of your Offertory envelopes. We do ask that you complete the registration card with as much information as possible as this is a great help to us in getting to know you and in planning for the future.
