The Adult Bible Study group meets every Tuesday evening at 7 pm in the Parish Hall (entrance at the Corner of Twigg and Marion Streets). Come join us!! Bring your Bible, an open heart, and willingness to learn and pray God's Holy Word.
Generally, our group studies the readings from the Old Testament, the New Testament epistles, and the Gospel for the coming Sunday. You can prepare for the class in two ways:
- Read the Sunday readings ahead of time. The readings can be found at the US Catholic Bishop's web site here.
- Reflect on the readings - how do they speak to you?
- For more information on the meaning of the readings, look at This Coming Sunday's Readings and Commentary which provides a more indepth look at the gospel reading.
Then join us Tuesday evening for a lifely discussion and sharing.
