The Sacred Heart Catholic Community has launched a web-based calendar that includes all events for the parish and Sacred Heart Academy. You can visit the Sacred Heart Catholic Community Calendar here. It is more than just a "flat" calendar - click on the events to find out more about them!
- Easy to use - during the summer several parishioners have volunteered to use the system. All found it to be intuitive and simple
- Easy access to information about events, meetings, special Masses, concerts, formation and training. Basic information for each event includes location, times, point of contact and more

- Multiple calendars. The easy-to-use drop down menu allows the user to select the main PARISH CALENDAR or to see one of the sub-calendars. For exmple you can see all events for the parish and school, or just the events for Children's Faith Formation.
- Print calendars at home - have all the information right at hand.
- Find out what you need to know and when you need to know it.
- Day, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Views to meet everyones needs with todays busiest and most complicated schedules. List and Planner Views are also included.
- Receive Email Reminders before an event, you specify when you want to receive them. Also, send reminders to others.
- Resource Management allows us to assign resources to calendar events so as to prevent double bookings of facilities.
- Set-Up & Tear-Down Scheduling for larger events.
- Search within the calendar for events or key words.

- Calendar Event attachements. Attach files (photos, documents, etc.) and Web Sites to our events and activities.
