WITHDRAWL
The procedure for withdrawing a student from Sacred Heart Academy is as follows:
- The parent must formally notify the principal.
- The principal and the pastor will meet with the parent.
- The school counselor will conduct a confidential exit interview with the parent.
- The parent will meet all outstanding financial obligations.
- The parent will turn in textbooks, sports uniforms, library books, etc.
- The student’s academic records will be forwarded to the next school upon request.
All accounts must be in order at this time or a grade of incomplete will be given on all
transcripts.
