Physical Education Warning Notice

The purpose of the Physical Education Warning Notice is to inform parents and students of their progress and of areas in which improvement is necessary in physical education to prevent a student’s grade from dropping to an “N” – Needs Improvement or a “U” – Unsatisfactory. This warning will be sent home when dressing out, conduct or effort problems begin to surface. Dressing out includes the wearing of the proper physical education uniform (shoes, socks, shorts shirt) and not being tardy to or from class when changing in the locker room.
