FINANCIAL POLICY
Tuition
Tuition and fees are set with input from the School Advisory Council, and with the
Pastor’s approval. Tuition is charged on a yearly basis, payable through three options:
- One payment with $100 discount if paid on or before August 1.
- Two equal payments due on or before August 1 and January 10 with a $50 discount.
- F.A.C.T.S. 10-month automatic electronic withdrawal on either the 5th or 20th of the
month, beginning in July.
In the event a child is withdrawn during the school year, the tuition for the month
in which he/she withdraws is due. All accounts must be in order at this time or a grade
of incomplete will be given on all transcripts. Parents of 8th grade students must complete
all financial obligations prior to graduation or their child will receive a blank diploma.
Any tuition paid in advance will be reimbursed on a prorated basis. All questions
concerning billing should be directed to the school business manager at (813)229–0618.
Collection
All tuition and other financial obligations, including fees, must be completed in a
timely manner. No donations of money, goods or services can be accepted in lieu of
financial obligations. The school will employ all reasonable efforts to secure compliance
with these regulations, including the withholding of report cards and diplomas, the refusal
of the school to admit its students to scheduled examinations, and the refusal to transfer
students’ records for a practical period of time.
