Dear Parents:

February is the month of friendship.

The theme for the month of February is love for all the beautiful things, which gives us friendship and the message of “Love.” It will include the love of God, family and country. Friendship is part of love so the children will be cutting & decorating hearts, exchanging Valentines cards and painting flags. Also incorporated into our lessons is Black History in which the children will learn about the African American culture and the honor and respect of others.

Children will need to bring in a decorated shoebox for their exchange cards on Valentine’s Day.
